Dr. McLaughlin grew up in Aloha, Oregon, a suburb of Portland. After graduating with a B.A. in Zoology from Brigham Young University, he attended dental school in Indianapolis, Indiana. Upon obtaining his dental degree, he practiced dentistry with a group practice in Grants Pass, Oregon and as an associate in Meridian, Idaho. During this time he gained valuable experience in hospital dentistry, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
In April, 2009, Dr. McLaughlin purchased an established dental practice from Dr. Child in Gooding. He and his staff have enjoyed getting to know the people in Gooding and the surrounding area. In his spare time, John enjoys football, hiking, the beach, and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Nancy, have four boys. They are excited to be living in a slower paced, country setting.
Gretchen Crawford-Warila
Gretchen has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable in her field and loves educating her patients about all dentistry has to offer. She has a passion for helping people achieve their most beautiful and healthy smile.
Gretchen grew up in Tillamook, Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland Oregon. She and her husband are adjusting to their "Empty Nest" as both their children are attending college. Look for her at the home BSU football games.

Sheryl Baker (Receptionist)
Sheryl received an Associate degree in Office Education from Ricks College. After graduating, she did secretarial work for Utah State University and Morton Thiokol Inc..
Prior to coming to Clover Creek Dental she was a librarian at the local Gooding Public Library where she was known for her friendly smile and cheerful personality. Sheryl was born and raised in Parma, Idaho. She and her husband, Dan have been married 21 years. They have six children: three girls and three boys. When she has spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, volleyball, crocheting, jigsaw puzzles, and playing board games with her family.
Brandy Hennefer (Dental Assistant)
Brandy and her husband Shawn recently moved to Gooding. Brandy grew up in Deco and her husband is from Carey. Brandy received her Dental Assisting degree from Idaho State University Technical College. Before working at Clover Creek Dental, Brandy worked as a dental assistant at 7 Day Dental in Elko, Nevada. She and her husband our expecting their first child in April, 2013.
Rainey Jackson (Dental Assistant)
I was born in Chico, California and lived there until 1994 when my parents moved to Idaho. We stayed in Idaho for a year and then moved to Missouri with the Structural Welding Business. In 1997 my family moved back to Idaho. I graduated as Valedictorian from Camas County High School in 2005.
I married my husband Joe; we had our first child in 2006 and settled in the beautiful town of Gooding. I completed an associate's degree in Biology and a TC in Dental Assisting from the College of Southern Idaho. In 2009 we welcomed a set of twin girls who made our family complete. My goal for the future is to some day complete a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene.
Cynthia Traughber (Dental Assistant)
I was born in Southern California and raised in the Wendell/Hagerman area. I graduated from Hagerman High School in 2002. I attended Dental Assisting School through "Assist to Succeed" in Twin Falls with Dr. Rob Adams. My husband, Adam and I have a four year old son, Nicholas. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family and scrapbooking.
